Mayfield Athletic Boosters Club Membership

The Mayfield Athletic Boosters is a volunteer, non-profit organization whose purpose is to raise funds to be used for the improvement and support of the athletic programs and facilities for grades 7-12 in the Mayfield City School District. 

Fee to Join:

$125.00 - Family Membership: One Time Fee, open to ALL grade levels, for all children in one family for their entire school career. 

Benefits to Joining: 

• Scholarships - College Scholarships for graduating athletes of the Boosters Club Members
• Scholar/Athlete Awards - Awards for academic/varsity letter achievements
• Senior Sports Banners
• And more!!
